| Industrial
workmanship:
Through
this line, according to the application,
different typologies of products are introduced
on the market as the integral salt for softening
water, salt for the industrial bread baking
and the salt for fish and canning industries. The
raw material is directly purchased inside
big sack by 13 Quintals and subsequentely
moved to the hopper with a capacity of around
15 Quintals, to be loaded.Trough a screw
conveyor the product is introduced in the
superior part of the packing machine which
has the assignment to fill and to close
the sacks with an established weight. Then
the closed sacks are withdrawn by a conveyor
belt to be transferred to the platform

Food workmanship:
The
raw material used for this type of workmanship
is different from the preceding one because
the salt is preventively washed and dried. The
salt is introduced in a hopper that automatically
feeds, through a screw conveyor, a mill
of refinement.Trough a screw conveyor,
set under the mill, the salt moves to
a hopper of compensation that administers
it to the packing machine trough another
screw conveyor to get the wrapping of
different dimensions.To this point the
wrappings so gotten are positioned on
the wood platforms where they are packed
with a special engine and prepared for
the loading on the trucks.
To underline that our workmanship doesn’t
produce any type of solid or liquid refuses
and it doesn’t release any type
of material in the atmosphere.
